Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within [1-2] business days of purchase. During busier periods this may take slightly longer, we'll always notify you if there's a delay.

Delivery
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Fermented products
Our fermented products are living foods and are packed with care to travel safely. Please refer to storage instructions on the product page and packaging once received, most of our ferments should be refrigerated promptly after delivery.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at izabela@kulturahouse.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out for you.
